New AIRLESS MINI BALLS
Starting 2024, Bola Gema started producing AIRLESS Mini Balls. The PU CORE Production setup along with other modules of Airless Mini Balls production were set up and production started in 2024.

We are pleased to announce the in-house production of TPU Laminated COVER material for Sports Balls and Sports Bags. The LAMINATION PLANT helps produce 4000 meters (25000 balls) material per day. We also offer TPU Laminated Material to the sports Balls and Bags industry in Pakistan, China, India, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, and Malaysia.
Our business is based on the principle of offering the highest quality products. In 2019, we joined the FIFA QUALITY PROGRAM to ensure the highest quality standards. Bola Gema is now a FIFA Licensee for FIFA QUALITY PRO soccer balls, FIFA IMS soccer balls, and FIFA IMS Soccer Balls (SMART SEAM STITCHED).
A fully functional SOCCER BALL TESTING Laboratory was established in-house to perform FIFA QUALITY TESTS. This laboratory is used for our own needs and provides FIFA testing services to clients seeking FIFA certification for their products.
Bola Gema obtained the FAIRTRADE trading license, offering FAIRTRADE labeled sports balls for clients who don’t have their own FAIRTRADE license. We can arrange shipments from our Pakistan factory or through our Hamburg office.
A fully renovated and compliant RUBBER PRODUCTION LINE became operational in February 2020. It produces various types of synthetic rubber bladders for soccer balls, handballs, volleyballs, basketballs, and more. We also produce rubberized basketballs and playground balls.
By the end of 2022, Bola Gema plans to convert production to SOLAR ENERGY, aiming to reduce environmental impact and production costs.
